How to get actual customer service

Question

I have been trying to contact the seller of a product I purchased and it didn't fit my car. Unfortunately the shop didn't make me aware until after the return date had passed. I tried several times to contact the seller to maybe exchange the items but keep getting a message that the item cannot be canceled, which isn't what I was trying to do anyway. Can someone please tell me how to contact anyone at EBAY to assist with this. Thanks

You only have 30 days from date of receipt in order to file a Returns Request through ebay.

If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
