How to get a USPS receipt to file a claim?

I refunded a Buyer for an item damaged in shipping. It was shipped via USPS through eBay. In order to file a claim w/USPS, I need a USPS shipping receipt. How can I get that from eBay?

You shouldn't need a receipt to file online. I've filed many claims online and never had to provide a receipt.

If you still think you need a receipt, print out the postage purchase from your account.

1) Go here

https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true

2) Search by the Order Number for that sale

3) Find Shipping Label purchase and click 'View' to the right

4) Print the Transaction Details page. It show the purchase of that label.
