How to get a shipping labei, after refund already paid?
Buyer refused to authorise a refund and i had to win a case, but would like to recoup duty and international shipping.thks

I see you are in Barbados, I also think you mean the Seller refused the refund not the Buyer. Please provide more details on what happened because it may or may not affect your ability to be refunded.
Do you recall what the Seller's return policy was on the item you purchased?

OP1 year agoHe agreed early on to the refund and then stopped all communication, but I already won the appeal and have received a refund for the item from ebay, but forgot to tell the support I needed a ebay return label to recoup my duty and shipping from Miami.
