How to get a seller to pay return shipping costs?
I purchased a bumper for my truck. I was assured by seller prior to shipping that it would fit my vehicle. Upon arrival, it does not fit my vehicle, thus the item description was inaccurate as well as seller statements. When I opened a return, I select does not fit. Ebay Customer Service is telling me because I did not select inaccurate description that I must pay return shipping. The item was misrepresented, thus did not fit. Both statements are true. Any solutions? Thanks.
