How to get a response from a seller after feedback window has closed`
I purchased an item on eBay, received the item in a normal time frame. I did need to contact the seller, as the instructions included were lacking - the seller replied expeditiously. The feedback window has since closed, and I have need of additional information. The seller, however, has ignored 5 separate messages from me, seeking information. Any insights on how to get them to respond?
