How to get a refund forsomething already paid for but not shipped
I have purse that has been pd for. I spoke to the seller and she was ok with not shipping it. Im Still out of .money though and no purse. When sent cancel order request she has it declined. Are there real people to talk to somewhere? I just want my money back.

If the seller has declined your cancellation request, you will need to wait until the estimated date of delivery has passed by one day and file a Refund Request if the item has not arrived.
