I sent the below email to a seller who doesn't accept returns - He hasn't responded in over a week. It appears that help from ebay is non existent. When i use the link to get ebay involved it ends up making me try to request a refund but doesn't allow me to request the refund. Any help to resolve this problem is greatly appreciated.
The $9.25 in quarters (1965, 1966, 1967, & 1970) that were advertised as 40% silver are copper clad coins. Please refund the difference of what i paid $23.16 less $9.25 =$13.91. this was from Order number:
06-10217-99419 After doing some research the only Washington Quarters that were 40% silver were 1976-S sold in special sets by the US Mint. see
