how to get a refund for an unused shipping label.

I requested a refund from ebay for an unused shipping label and haven't hear back yet and I don't see it in my account. Apparently customer service doesn't want you to contact them, any help??

When you cancel a shipping label the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. eBay will let you know once the refund is approved and it will be available as a payout.
