HOW TO GET A REFUND FOR A RETURN LABEL

I have a buyer that requested a return and I sent them a shipping label, now the buyer closed the return without ever shipping the item back. How do I cancel that label and get a refund for it?

@2baldguysllc You should not have been charged for the return shipping label unless it was used.

If you were charged then I recommend using this option to contact customer service as it does affect your payout>

Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
