How to get a refund as a guest on eBay
we brought some items on eBay. I wish now to return them.
I signed in as a guest and I am now struggling to get back onto eBay to return them. Does anybody have any ideas of what we can do?

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so you will need to first sign out of your current eBay account to proceed.
Find the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order, then use the "order details" link in the email, or else see here:
