How to get a refund after 90 days, Seller Agreed

Question

How can a Seller send me a refund after 90 days? I cannot request a refund as a buyer, but I did contact the Seller the the Seller agreed to a refund. But there is now way to request it, and eBay does NOT have any real customer service I can contact, only automated agent useless.

There is really no way for the seller to voluntarily send you a refund after 90 days. He could send it outside of eBay, but that would require exchanging contact info, which eBay will not allow after 90 days.

You could open a dispute with your credit card issuer. That will get your payment refunded, but it may cost the seller an extra $20, in addition to his fees not being refunded.
