How to get a partial refund for cost to repair a non-working item
I received an item that did not function properly. I got an electronics technician to repair the item, and the seller claimed he would work with me to resolve the issue. I have now paid for the repair, and now the seller will no longer communicate with me. I am looking for a partial refund to cover my additional repair cost.
