How to get a listing to show “Deliveredâ€
I sold an extremely heavy item and the buyer paid for shipping. Since the buyer lived a few hours away, I drove the item to the buyer. I got proof of delivery from the buyer (picture and signature) and since they met me partway, gave them some of their shipping fees back, in cash. I immediately marked the listing as “Shipped†and then contacted eBay to have them marked it as “Delivered†during the drive home. They assured me they would do that. Ha! It’s been a week and still shows it has not been delivered. Should I care? Is this outstanding delivery status going to affect my Seller Status/Rating? Is there a way for me to get the listing to show “Delivered†or can only eBay Customer Service do that and if so, again, is it even worth the time and hassle to get them to mark it as “Delivered�

Mentor3 years agoNext time you need to use Local Pickup on the listing so buyer gets the pickup confirmation code to give you, which marks the item delivered and protects your ebay seller protection.
Don't know what you can do now other than contact ebay.
