How to get a credit or exchange
I made purchase in July for a CO monitor as a Christmas gift. When opened for Christmas it did not work!!
Just asking if there is a way to get this corrected?

You are beyond the time frame to use the Ebay 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
Paypal and most credit cards allow disputes up to 180 days past date of purchase.
