how to get a cancelled shipping label refunded
Hi. I paid for a shipping label, but cancelled it when I saw the return address was wrong. The item was sent using a different shipping label. When will the cancelled label be refunded? It seems to show that the item was delivered via BOTH shipping labels. Thanks.

Did you do the void or cancel of the incorrect label? That usually remove the tracking from the sale.
It takes about 3 weeks for the refund to come back to your eBay account.
If you are unsure if you canceled the first shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.

OP1 year agoThank you, Eastlaneave. That's very helpful and encouraging. I had already 'cancelled' the label and it shows as cancelled in the label history. I see now that clicking on the Track Package links it shows the package was delivered under the other label code (not also this one as I originally thought). It's been a couple of weeks now, so I'll just hang tight for another week or so.
