OP2 years agoI need to speak with an agent. I am using the mobile app and trying to also sign into a computer and I am having a problem. I am on a dying phone and I need to be able to sign in to my new computer and know the correct password to sign into the app on a new phone. It’s too complicated and it’s my business. The chat thing won’t get me a call back. Please help. Very very grateful.

On your computer, can't you go to the ebay.com website and sign in? If you forgot your password, click on "forgot password".
As stated, you can use the link I provided to request a call back during the hours I posted above.

OP2 years agoFor some reason it won’t let me sign in on my computer. I used the password to sign into the mobile app on my wife’s phone. She is in the hospital and.Idont want to change my passwords as I am afraid I will lose access to my account. I am an active seller and need an agent not a chat thing which isn’t helping. I have had great luck with live agents I really need one. Help

Yes, if you click on that link you can choose to either chat with an ebay agent or request a call back, during the hours I posted.

OP2 years agoThank you. The chat device won’t connect me to an agent to help straighten out my sign in problems. My computer is not accepting the password I know is right. I just need an agent.
