How to get a buyer refund a shippinf label?
We agreed on a full refund and I wanted to provide them a return shipping label, but it's not giving me an option and says the buyer is doing it. But their not or not sure but I said I would provide a shipping label. So is that something I can do or can they create a return label and I just include that in the refund?
This refund process seems confusing since it keeps saying don't refund money now until you receive the item but required me to refund now or it says failed or its waiting on me??
<So I thought I was asking a question to a bot or someone, not actually posting>
Anyway, I read that you don't issue a refund but just agree in which a label will be created. But, that's not what happens. It was an auto refund approval. Does that mean he should have the prepaid label already sent to him? Otherwise, my only option is to give a full refund but then they say, that means you don't want the item back. it's a $800 item. i want it back 🙂

Who pays for the label depends on the reason that the buyer selected for the return. Go to the return and check the reason. If it was not as described, and the buyer is in the same country as you, you should see the option to have eBay provide the label.
If the buyer selected something like 'changed my mind' then he pays for the return label.
You can only refund what he paid, but if you want to pay for the return label or provide it for him, there are ways to do that. Reply back with what you found in the return and where he is located, and we can give you instructions on what to do next.
