How can someone flag someone for an incorrect or misleading item description. They are listing the item as a higher end company's product and it is not.

eBay will pay attention if a buyer files a "not as described" return, or if the verified rights-owner files a take-down notice.

Complaints about listing descriptions from potential competitors or uninvolved users may not carry much weight with eBay unless there are many complaints from independent users or if there are obvious policy violations that can be verified by someone without needing any specific expertise in the particular item.

eBay does not pre-screen listings to check if sellers are actually selling what they claim they are selling.
