how to find which listing has a policy violation
ebay indicates that I have a policy violation on one of my listings. How do I find out which listing has the violation? When I click the link "Learn More," it takes me to general information about the subject.

I suggest to contact eBay.
Make here a choice for a chat or a call to you: https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkpid

OP2 years agoThanks. I was confused, but figured out how it works; however, the verbiage of the email from ebay is what created the confusion. Ebay's email says that ebay has REMOVED the listing, which led me to believe that they had "ended the listing," when in fact the listing was still there. I understand now that ebay simply wanted me to go "end the listing." To be clear, ebay's message should say something like:
"Ebay has removed your listing from view, but you need to take the following action to "end" the listing," which will remove the policy violation and make the red policy violation banner disappear."
