How to find out what your violation was when something's taking down off of eBay
It's a second time I've had something taken down and they said I was in violation but there is no way to get hold of eBay to ask. What in the world is the violation?

OP10 months agoYes thank you for your time and help I really appreciate it. eBay told me it was counterfeit. However, I did my research on the internet and on a couple different AI sites. Also, it is sold by Amazon. I did not understand why they were saying it was counterfeit. I did dispute, but never heard back from eBay

I don't know what your item was and that can make a difference
Some items that are 'New' can only be sold by authorized dealers and so if someone else sells it, it must be listed as Used
Some items basically can't be sold on eBay because the manufacturer forbids it and has all listings removed.
If you want to tell me what the item was , I can provide more guidance.

On the message you got from eBay it will tell you the type of violation.
If you tell me what the message said or what was listed I may be able to help you figure out what the issue was.
IE
-Offensive Policy
-Adult Policy
etc
