How to find documentation of seller purchased shipping labels for return items
How to find documentation of seller purchased shipping labels for return items on my ebay account?
I purchased return labels from ebay and now want to go after FedEx for the damaged items but Ebay (off shore help )can't find the proof of purchase for the labels although the items have been returned by the buyer and I have refunded all of the purchase price.
I just want to try and get Fedex for the shipping cost both ways since they really beat up those boxes.
Any guidance is appreciated,

One place that I know of is the Recent Activity file on this page - Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
it's over on the right and depending on how long ago you purchased the FedEx labels you may have to click the See all in the upper right-hand corner and scroll the list to find the transaction(s).

OP7 months agoThanks for your reply. I did follow the link you provided, and also look under "all transactions" since the return labels were purchased last week and still haven't shown up there maybe they won't charge me 🙂
I can see the original label charge when I shipped the "undamaged" goods and other transactions since then but no return label charge.
It is crazy and frustrating because the ebay rep I tried to communicate with says she can see them and even sent me a email confirming one of two charges.
Anyway appreciate you and nice Trains, my used run a train set. Brings back fond memerios!
