I thought I did everything to list an engagement ring, but now I can't find that listing. It was to go live at 1pm today

If you would share an item number I can take a look at the listing.

Listings can take about 24 -30 hours before they can be searched for on the site. The first few listing are the slowest to index to the site, after that it's usually much quicker.

Revising the listing starts the clock over again.
