how to file an insurance claim through shipcover for $75 item damaged by the USPS
The steps that ebay laid on how to file a claim as a seller for items damaged in the mail by the USPS are not available to me in the shipping labels "more actions" drop down...there is no drop down and there is no "more actions" as they state in the below directions. Where is this "create claim" link in the shipping labels section of the sellers hub?? Also i doubled checked that i do have up to $100 of insurance coverage on this item when i bought the tracking label through Ebay. Does anyone have success filing an insurance claim through this process they laid out below?

We've partnered with Parcel Insurance Plan (PIP) to process ShipCover insurance claims. Here's how to file your claim:
- Go to shipping labels in My eBay or Seller Hub.
- Find the shipping label for the item and select Create claim under More actions.
- Fill out the claim form.
