On eBay, there's no way to see the actual label. I save a pdf for this reason.
But you have all the details - Buyers name and address from the order details, approximate dimensions - if you don't remember but they were in the listing, try a sell similar to see what was in the listing.
You can start a claim now, if they aren't ready for it to be filed, you'll have the option to save as a draft.
I am not sure when the change was made, but you can file at 15 days now.

Mentor4 months agoAll claims for USPS packages are made on the USPS website. Keep in mind that they do not consider a package lost unless there is no tracking update for 21 days.
