How to file a lawsuit against ebay

I need additional assistance in filing a lawsuit against ebay. This is not for help with specifics of my case but how to go about starting the needed paperwork.

Also is a class action possible with filing against ebay for legal matters? or only individual cases? thankyou for your input.

Here's the first thing to do before you hire an attorney. Go to the bottom of practically any eBay page, and click into the User Agreement link. Once it opens, use your browser Find feature to search the document for words such as lawsuit, class action, etc. Get familiar with the provisions ... they're in legalese but I think you can glean enough from them to get you started.
