How to file a complaint w/ eBay Received damaged due Sellersâ€™s lack of packaging.

Seller responded to my request for a refund by replying â€œkâ€. No refund has been given. The heavy glass item was packed in a lightweight box with no padding to reduce movement.

Hi @nana_murphy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a return using the reason Arrived damaged. eBay will issue you a pre paid shipping label to return it and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you once tracking shows it was delivered to them.
