How to file a complaint regarding rude and unacceptable behavior

"I sent a message to the above seller requesting more information regarding the set of books he is selling. His response was short, rude, and very offensive. "Read the description". Which I had by the way but wanted a confirmation.
I responded to his rudeness with my own response: "Not a very good way to do business".
He responded with "And learn how to read"
Extremely rude and not a person I would think you would want associated with your firm.
I have been associated with E-bay almost from inception.
I implore you to deal with the rudeness of this particular individual."

Mentor2 years agoThere is really nothing that can be done. Each seller is in charge of their own items and their own communication. eBay doesn't "deal with" sellers unless a rule was broken, which isn't the case. My advice would be to find another seller.
