how to file a complaint against a seller

Hi there,I won an auction for an item, but the seller canceled the sale and claimed there were issues with my address. That isn’t true—I buy items on eBay frequently and have never had any address problems. I believe the seller was unhappy with the final price and canceled the order for that reason.I tried to find instructions on eBay about what to do next, but I couldn’t find anything helpful. Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks

@peterkiwior1 While eBay can't force the seller to sell the item to you you can and should report the seller for lying about the cancelation reason.

Don't add a lot more details as AI reads these on the first go around.
