how to fight an ebay seller who is trying to steal my money from a returned to sender package.... he shipped it late and i told him it was to late do not ship please cancel the item.....it Won't get here in time before I leave on vacation.....no one will be here to get it..... he shipped it anyway 2 days later.... dhl returned it to sender I have the tracking etc it was delivered back ... and now hes ignoring me and wont refund me $800 .... ebay wont help me even though the co conversation is completely documented..... what can I do to fight the guy and get my money back.?

·11 months agoIf the package was returned to the sender because it was refused or delivery was not possible (no one home), the seller is not required to refund because they fulfilled their obligation. Ethical sellers will refund the item cost, but eBay does not require them to do so.
