How to enter tracking of returned items for refund
I ordered a pair of struts by mistake. I contacted the seller and the seller sent me a return shipping label and I sent the struts to per the seller address (Not the same address as the seller original shipping address) and delivered on November 3rd. The seller received the struts but had not refunded. The deadline for requesting a return is November 7th. So I started a request but eBay will not allow me choose another shipper. eBay allow me to use USPS only on the return. How to contact eBay to use other shipper? I remember in the past I could update with other shippers and tracking. eBay is so frustrating now, please help!
