·2 years agoIf you can't find the link in your list of active listings (try more options or the like) Go to the Site Map (link at the bottom of this and most ebay.com pages) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find the link to that and several other useful seller tools.
Note that what is relevant is whether or not the auction EVER had a bid. The rules are much stricter if it has ever had one.
