How to email Ebay?

I recently contacted a rep by phone about a later shipping date request from a buyer. He indicated he would send this on for review, stating I will hear back in 12 to 72 hours. I have had no response. Is there a customer service email I can send my request too?

I do not want my account to get faulted for the late shipping request.

You cannot email eBay, but it wouldn't matter if you could. You cannot extend a shipping date, even if the buyer requests it. You would get a late shipping defect on your seller account. Message your buyer with this information. You can then cancel the transaction with the reason buyer requested or problem with address. Explain to the buyer that you are required to ship in your stated time frame or get a defect on your account. They can then purchase at a later date.
