How to download historical record of listings?
Hi. Is there a way to download a spreadsheet of all active listings in my account as of a specific date or date range older than 90 days? e.g., I want a spreadsheet of all my listings as of 12/31/2024. Thanks.

No, there is no report of active items as of a certain date. Active item reports are always as of the date you run them.
You can download a report of active listings, then sort it by listing date - start date is one of the ‘additional columns’. https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/downloads

OP7 months agoActually, sorry, that doesn't work. I thought you meant the report would show the date of the first-ever listing of an item. But the "Start Date" just shows the date of the last re-listing (in most cases, about a week ago). Guess I'm SOL.

That’s odd - I know eBay keeps the original start date - you can see it if you search your items then sort by newly listed. Perhaps just printing this search would work?
It doesn’t show you the year, but it is in order, so a Dec date after a Nov date is the prior year.

OP7 months agoThanks, again. Took some technical gymnastics, but I think I got it. Used an extension (SimpleScraper) to scrape the list as a .cvs file, then did a bit of clean-up to figure out years.
