how to download active items and print This is a start

Question

I am not sure how to phrase the question. I am trying to do some inventory control. We only have 825 items approx. We started in late 2024 selling.

I have downloaded the 88 items from 2024. Things went okay, of finding the part and putting them in same area. Not a good inventory person..

I downloaded and printed the 1 st. page of 2025. The problem what is printed and what I see on my cell phone and a desktop computer are not the same? Is there a way to properly sync. the printed page and the view on cell phone/ PC ?I

If someone could help I would appreciate it. I can explain it a different way what I am trying to do and see

That's impossible to answer, since we have no idea what 'list' you're referring to & what you mean by "inventory control" since everyone does it differently & some don't do it at all.

On the PC you can sort your Active listings by anything on the top row of the table (just above your items) on Seller Hub. There's a bunch of different options. Whether that will help with your inventory is impossible for me to say, since IDK how you do your inventory. You can sort by Item Name, Custom SKU, Price & much more. You can also customize the table, those are my columns, yours may be different. Many people use the Custom SKU field for inventory ID purposes.

I just checked my phone & under Selling>Active, there's a SORT as well. That's on an Android, I'm sure IOS has one too.
