Here's how to combine shipping as long as it's not a eBay International Shipping Program order. You can't combine shipping on EIS orders without a bit more work. So let me know if it's an international shipping program order.
You can not combine ANY authenticity guaranteed items. They must all ship separately.
If the buyer has not paid yet:
Go to your sold listings on a PC and select send invoice from next to one item. The next page will then have all of the items from your buyer. Weigh and measure the new package and then adjust the shipping price.

Select Send Invoice from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
