How to do a safe return/exchange without affecting the seller but still protecting myself.
I purchased a pair of earrings that were listed as “pristine conditionâ€. They arrived and one of the earrings’ stone was repaired/replaced and did not match the other stones. The seller was not aware so didn’t mention it in the listing. The seller agreed to exchange them for another pair also stated in pristine condition. I was told not to process a return because it’s an exchange and that she would send me a return shipping label. I’ve never returned/exchanged anything before so I want to know how to safely proceed. I don’t want to affect the seller in any way nor want to run into any issues. How do I protect myself? Thank you for your feedback!

Mentor7 months agoIn order to protect yourself you need to file a Return Request for a refund. You can use the money from the refund to pay for another pair the seller has listed.
