How to dispute authentication results from eBay as a seller
Hello I listed an item and it was sent to eBay for authentication it was returned because the size listed was incorrectly posted on the site in error. No other reason cited. The corrected size was relisted and resold and resent to eBay for authentication (exact item). Now they denied because could not be authenticated, However the item is authentic and this very item was already inspected by eBay previously but I cannot locate how to appeal this or give feedback are there any suggestions or do you just move on?
