How to dispute a selling fee charge for an item that was not sold
I listed an item on eBay for an item that a buyer mistakenly pressed purchase button and did not want. No funds were exchanged but eBay is charging me a selling fee for item that was never sold. eBay has now sent this to collections and I am having any luck contacting eBay. What should I do, it is a significant amount they want.
