How to disable all AI?

One of the things I loved most about ebay was the protection of returns and the period of conversation allowed with those in potential fault when issues were raised with an order. After attempting to report a fraudulent seller a few times with solid evidence in hand and being rejected by an automated message saying they were violating no rules I have lost all hope and faith in the platform unless this "feature" is removed. Is there any way to get the old ebay back, or do I just have to leave?

Ebay is not an expert to judge this and can not just rely on one complaint. The best you can do is use the REPORT button on the listing and hope others do as well. Plus any buyer is protected and enough returns for Items Not as Described will get ebay's attention.
