How to directly contact eBay support

Question

I bought an item that turned out to be bootleg. I sent a report, and it was deemed “not fitting the criteria”, despite the photo evidence I attached to my report. I want to talk to customer service to solve this as the item was not cheap, but I have no idea how. I feel stuck and would like to get my money back.

Rather than submitting a report about this listing, try this:

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
