How to delete PO box exclusion in shipping ( accept a po box to ship to)

Customer only has PO box and apparently when hen tries to buy from me sales are not permitted because it states I do not ship to po poxesâ€¦..I cannot even find where this is an option,

You can make the change in your Account Settings ? Shipping preferences here:

If you ship through USPS, you really don't want this on as it cuts down on potential buyers. You only need it if you ship via UPS or FedEx.
