How do I delete items in the cart?

As long as you have not committed to a purchase, you should be able to delete the items in your cart. There should be a "remove" link for each entry, or a "save for later" option.
Try another browser if you do not see those options.
If you are using the eBay app, try swiping left to delete or swipe right to save for later.
