How to delete an old payout bank without bank info?
Hey Ebay, I need to delete my old payout bank without the bank account account number number with PNC because the bank no longer exist and attach a new bank that I have it but it won’t let me without that account number. I tried calling Ebay to let them know and they said they would handle it but it’s been a week now and it’s still there. I no longer can get in touch with Ebay because it says they’re outside of working hours which is weird every time I call I just need help uploading a new bank to my payouts

eBay will have to assist you with this - how are you trying to reach them? They do have working hours, but it shouldn't show that with every attempt.
You don't have any old statements or tax records or cancelled checks, etc with the closed account#?

OP9 months agoEvery time I try to call, it says that they’re busy. Unfortunately, I don’t have any records of my old account number with PNC. It’s been years. I don’t understand how I can’t get in touch with Ebay now.

If I go to this Help page >> Update your checking account
click Contact us, open the chatbox, type Agent, I get the "Have us call you" and "Call us" options
Is that basically what you're doing?
