HOW to delete an email addy?

My old email account no longer functions;

(NO mail received on it since 12/24)

When I try to change my personal information,

on eBay's online help system, it won't accept

my new email addy, (indicates the new addy is

already in use.)

I am able to use eBay on a 2nd computer, using

my new email account. Is the problem that this

2nd (older) eBay account can't be edited / changed?

If so, how do I delete it?

Each eBay account needs a unique email address.

If eBay says your email address is already being used with another eBay account, you must provide a new email address for this account.
