how to deal with an item not received from an ebay classified ad
I bought an item from a ebay classified ad and didn't receive it. The item advert was removed after I paid for it via paypal ....Ebay seems to have no help available on what to do about this and has no record of the item or the sale being completed ? Can anyone help or advise me what to do about this ?
