how to deal with a scammer on ebay
Bought a very expensive item, $3,700 medical part. Item was received DOA. Contacted the seller who was very unresponsive taking days to reply and only after repeated questions. They agreed to a return. Then nothing for weeks. Many Many emails and they say you broke it so it's $1850 to repair. The item was sold with a 1 year warranty. They then ghost for weeks again. Now after 90 days are up they return the DOA item to me and said tough **bleep**. They intentionally sent a dead part and delayed long enough that I can not have ebay intervene and can not even leave a feedback. How do I proceed. These thieves are selling still.

Mentor8 months agoNever wait past the deadline to open a Return Request for an Item Not As Described, defective. Your only option now is to open a dispute through the payment processor.
