@deniseann1 It depends.... do need to give a partial refund for shipping etc.... Then go to the sold listing on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item... select a reason such as other, or shipping adjustment.
OR do you have a refund request case open?
Please tell me why/ how you are trying to refund so I don't have to type a book. 😉
