HOW TO CREATE NEW INVOICE FOR SHIPPING CHANGES

Question

Buyer paid for item including shipping. I had to change carriers and shipping rate went up. Buyer agrees to pay for new shipping charges. I canceled label from original purchase. How do I bill the buyer for the increased shipping charge (USPS to UPS) that he's agreed to pay?

@rene-erick It is not allowed for sellers to charge more than what the buyer already paid per your listing page. If you changed carriers, the different in shipping costs is your responsibility.
