How to create a listing with variances? Help page directions are not accurate
I was trying to follow https://export.ebay.com/en/manage-listings/how-to-create-listings-with-variations/#How-to-create-a-Listing-with-variations but I don't see these UI pages that are shown on that page. I tried in in and out of the seller hub.
Is this no longer an option or is there a secret way to get to this point? I want to create a listing for hard drives and give the sizes as buy options.

Variations are not available in all categories. If you do not see the variation option after trying these steps please reply back with what the item is you are trying to list.
To create a variation listing you will need to use the Advanced listing tool that is located in Seller Hub. It can only be accessed from a computer, not the app.
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. Then select create listing on the upper right of the Overview page.
Variations can only be created when using the Buy It Now format.
If you do not see the variations option, click on the 3 dots on the upper right-hand side of the listing form, then select Settings (gear icon) and click on the variations toggle so it turns blue.

Please note: The Variation Attribute name cannot be the same as eBay's default item specifics.
You may also want to set up a calculated or flat shipping rule in your account settings so that your buyers pay the correct shipping for additional items when they purchase more than one from your listing.

On the listing form, select use my shipping rule after you set up the shipping for a single item purchase.

See if this helps get you to the point of using the page you linked -
In the upper right corner of your listing form, click the 3 dots. If you don’t see 3 dots, you are not on the correct form. If you are not on the correct form, you should see ‘switch to advanced’ or ‘switch to business form’. Click there, then you will be on the advanced form and will see the 3 dots.
Click on the 3 dots, then click settings. Slide the radio button to the right next to variations. This turns on the option to create a variations listing.
If variations are available in the your selected category, you will see a variations section after item specifics and before condition. Click the pencil at the far right to edit the variations fields.
