how to correct shipping costs
I have had several times where the shipping cost was not correct and how do I get the correct shipping costs to the buyer?

Mentor2 years agoAre you using calculated shipping? If so, make sure you are selecting the correct shipping method, and enter the weight of the package (rounded to nearest ounce or pound) and the dimensions (rounded up to nearest inch). If using USPS, there is a surcharge for packages exceeding 22 inches, and another surcharge if the package exceeds 30 inches. For those sizes, it may be cheaper to use Fed Ex or UPS.

OP2 years agoI have done that, but three times shipping has been more than what it calculated out to be. I thought maybe it was because all three where to the west coast. one was supposed to be 7.40 and I was charged 14.00, I just had another one that showed 6.09 but came up as 8.12. Then what do i do?
